Hanna assists clients with residential and commercial real estate matters, business formation and operations, and contract drafting and review.  Her practice areas also include estate planning, landlord/tenant law, and employment, in addition to general business and transactional law and civil litigation.  Hanna received her undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and graduated summa cum laude with her law degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.  Before co-founding Meyer & Burnett, she practiced at Baker Donelson and Hurst & Meyer and is admitted to practice in Tennessee and before the United States District Court, Eastern District of Tennessee.
