Philip's practice areas include general real estate, real estate development, landlord/tenant, general business and transactional law, and civil litigation. He received his law degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he graduated first in his class. Philip is admitted to practice in Tennessee, Georgia, and before the United States District Court, Eastern District of Tennessee. Philip began his law career at Miller & Martin in 2010, and subsequently practiced at Baker Donelson and Hurst & Meyer before co-founding Meyer & Burnett in 2022.
